Chef Mod

Multi-Award-Winning Thai Chef, Pittayarat Senapadphakorn, more affectionately known as Chef Mod, launches Thai Capella. Chef Mod is a native Thai Chef who grew up in Bangkok. He won the Professional Chef Battle in 2015 and 2016, as well as the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge in 2016. He was also featured on Channel 10’s “The Cook’s Pantry” and Channel 7’s “My Market Kitchen”.

In coming up with the recipes for Thai Capella’s Signature Boat Noodles and Crispy Pork, Chef Mod went through a rigorous process of trying the Thai Boat Noodles 50 over times before finally presenting the best version. As for the Crispy Pork, Chef Mod explored different flour mixes to retain the tenderness of the pork while giving it the best crisp factor.

Chef Mod’s vision for Thai Capella is to give customers a hint of western cooking applied to Thai Food, giving customers the best of both worlds – flavour from Thai food and precision from Western cooking. With this emphasis on precision, Chef Mod has fine-tuned the recipes through multiple versions and taste tests. Now, our Thai Man presents you with the best rendition of Thai Food, for your enjoyment.
